During the summer, the gym staff will be taking some well-deserved holidays. However, the gym will remain under constant supervision via CCTV.

If you have any issues gaining access to the gym, please use the intercom.

Our staffed hours

Regular Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 8pm (Open 05:30-10pm)

• Weekends: 8am - 12pm (Open 07:00-6pm)

 

August exceptions:

• Wednesday, 21st August: Staffed from 8:30am - 2pm

• Thursday, 22nd August: Staffed from 8:30am - 1pm

• Saturday, 24th August: Unmanned

• Bank Holiday Monday, 26th August: Unmanned
